This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services and products offered by AlgoMaster.io. By accessing or purchasing any service or product, you agree to this Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- For 1:1 coaching sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
- For courses, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- For subscriptions, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your services under the following conditions:
- 1:1 coaching sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice.
- Course enrollments may be canceled within the refund eligibility period mentioned above.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Missed 1:1 coaching sessions without prior notice.
- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Partially used subscription periods.
