Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

01

Data We Collect

Personal data. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Usage data

Usage data. Usage data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time spent on those pages.

02

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service:

  • Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. We use them to keep you signed in, provide core functionality, and remember your cookie choices. These cannot be turned off.
  • Preference storage remembers your settings, such as your theme, reading preferences, and language, primarily using your browser's local storage.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it, using third-party product analytics and, where applicable, session replay. These are optional.
  • Marketing cookies support our referral and affiliate program, using a third-party service to attribute referrals. These are optional.

Where required by law, such as in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we do not set analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies and reloading the page. In other regions these cookies may be set under implied consent. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out and do not set analytics or marketing cookies.

03

Third-Party Sign-In

You can sign in to the Service using third-party providers, currently Google and GitHub. When you do, we receive basic profile information from the provider, such as your name and email address, which we use to create and manage your account. We do not receive or store your password for these services.

04

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including tracking your learning progress
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To contact you with service updates, and with newsletters you have opted into
  • To analyze usage so we can improve courses and features
05

Your Rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
